Platform usage rules and guidelines
Important Platform Notice
This is an independent community opinion survey. It is not affiliated with the Election Commission and is not an official ballot or voting system.
1. Platform Creation Fee
A one-time platform fee of ₹999 is charged to the organizer to initiate a Panchayat opinion poll. This fee covers technical cloud operations, verified OTP infrastructure, and realtime analytics.
2. Admin Review & Approval Authority
Payment of the fee does not guarantee immediate activation. The platform admin reviews each submission and reserves the full right to reject, pause, or suspend any survey violating community guidelines.
3. Non-Governmental Scope
No organizer or voter may represent this opinion poll as an official government election or State/Central Election Commission ballot. Misrepresenting this platform is strictly prohibited.
4. One Verified Mobile = One Vote
Every respondent is verified via SMS OTP. The platform strictly enforces one vote per mobile per poll. Any bot traffic or duplicate attempts are automatically blocked.
