1. Purpose of Data Collection

PANCHAYAT POLL collects minimal information (10-digit mobile number) strictly to enforce the one-voter-one-response rule and prevent fraudulent duplicate responses.

2. Cryptographic Anonymity Architecture

Voter phone numbers are irreversibly hashed using HMAC-SHA256 with a secure salt. The survey vote database table contains only an anonymous reference and the candidate selection. Your phone number is NEVER coupled with your political choice.

3. No Third-Party Data Sharing

We do not sell, share, or monetize voter data with political campaigns, advertisers, or third-party organizations. All public scoreboard data is strictly aggregated.

4. Data Security & Storage

All web and API traffic is encrypted in transit using SSL/TLS. Database infrastructure is safeguarded with strict access controls and rate-limiting rules.
